Primocane fruiting raspberry is a recent release for the cooperative breeding program of MD, NJ, VA, and WI.

Fruits early in the fall season, similar to Polana.

Plants are vigorous, growing erect to a height of about 5 foot.

Berries tend to be a distinct dark red when ripe.

Flavor is sweet.

Drupelets are held tightly together with a long , narrow plug cavity.

Fruit needs to be ripe to be removed easily.
