Cascade Delight raspberry plant is a floricane fruiting
red raspberry cultivar that ripens late in the season. It is adapted
to the local fresh market, but not to machine harvesting due to its long
fruiting laterals. Fruit is long, conic and very glossy. It is
susceptible to raspberry bushy dwarf virus but has good field tolerance
to phythphthora root rot. |

Very Large fleshy druplets and large fruit, traditional raspberry flavor. Fruit grips tightly to hull. Picking early red fruit damages fruit. Ripness can be deceptive. takes longer to ripen once red, and may be at greater risk in rainy season without fungicide.
